REFUND OR RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item, or your order has not been delivered. You must notify The AUCKLAND HALAL MEATS within 24 hours of the delivery being made we may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take up to days to process a credit to your nominated account. Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

 

If the AUCKLAND HALAL MEATS ask you to ship back the goods, please use the address provided below.

 

Please pack the item/items securely in the chili container your meat was delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit.
