What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect items. In the event that there are missing, damaged, or incorrect packages, please return the item(s), indicate the problem on the Delivery Note and contact us within 24 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notifications of missing, damaged, or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please contact us.

 

Who needs to sign for my delivery?

Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the goods at the agreed upon day and time window. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will be applied to your order. This agreement is with you and Auckland halal meats.

 

Delivery of Orders

The Auckland halal meats accept no liability or responsibility for our products if they are not properly refrigerated by the end time of the delivery window in which it was delivered. For example, if the delivery is 7pm it is your responsibility to refrigerate your order by 7 pm on that day of delivery.

For standard deliveries in the specified Delivery Area, THE Auckland halal meats delivers in the Delivery Zone in accordance with the specified delivery schedule.

If you are not available when the truck delivers your order to the delivery address specified by the customer, then the products will be left at the address specified by the customer and Auckland halal meats accepts no liability or responsibility for stolen or damaged.

What additional fees may apply?

There may be circumstances that require additional payment by customer if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services outside of our standard delivery. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery postcode.

 

LEGAL CAPACITY

By making an order to purchase products, you warrant to THE Auckland halal meats that you are:
• eighteen (18) years of age or above; and
• entering into a legally binding contract with THE Auckland HALAL MEATS with respect to that order.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in listed NZ Dollars. All prices are subject to change without any notification.

 

Delivery fee:

$15 delivery fee will apply for any amount of invoice.

Note: we vacuum seal or tray pack all our products to retain freshness, at no extra cost each of our box is designed to carry between 1kg to 12kg or between 1kgto 20kg.

 

Same day delivery

If you wish to receive same-day delivery, additional delivery charges will be applied. To receive your order on the same day, orders must be made before 2 pm ( Monday to Friday).

Alternatively, you could pick up 2 hours after your order has been proceed.

Cut off time for the same day pick up is 4 pm.

 

How much will my order cost to deliver?

A delivery cost of $15 will be charged for the first box and an additional $10 will be applied per every other box. This applies for both residential and business addresses.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All our Deliveries are usually to be delivering between 6 pm to 9 pm however it is not a guaranteed time frame.

The Auckland halal meat delivers Auckland wide.

We DO NOTdeliver to RURAL addresses (sorry but this may take up to 2 days and we can’t risk our product sitting for that length of time). If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address please send us a message on the website and we will reply asap if we are able.

 

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday 6 pm-9 pm

  • We cut everything to order to ensure you are getting the freshest meat possible.
  • To ensure this we must have a cut off time for orders please see below:
  • Orders made on Friday, Saturday and before 12 pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday
  • Order Monday before 6 am and receive your order on Tuesday
  • Order Tuesday before 6 am and receive your order on Wednesday
  • Order Wednesday before 6 am and receive your order on Thursday
  • Order Thursday before 6 am and receive your order Friday
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Monday between 6pm – 9pm we cut everything to order to ensure you are getting the freshest meat possible.

To ensure this we have cut off time for orders which is 10 am After this point, orders will be working their way through our butchery so cannot be canceled or amended. If you have any problems regarding your order, please contact us on 09 846 5115

Customers submitting an order after this time will have the option to choose a delivery date the following day, or a range of later dates.

 

REFUND OR RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item, or your order has not been delivered. You must notify The AUCKLAND HALAL MEATS within 24 hours of the delivery being made we may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take up to days to process a credit to your nominated account. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

Please pack the item/items securely in the chili container your meat was delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit.
